3 of us came in for pedicures. There were only 2 people working so we had to take turns. The chairs don't have any power to them so no massage while having pedi and waiting. The 2 people working do not speak or understand much English so hard communicating.
This was our first time here and doubt we'll be back since there are lots of nail salons and most have working chairs and enough workers so we can all get done together.

My daughter and I have been coming to Q nails since they opened 2006.. Excellent service, so gentle. My daughter has special needs and they are very patient with her and I am a senior with senior feet. I love the salon ,its so peaceful and beautiful. We moved to Northern Arizona for three years and never found a place in Flagstaff area of this quality and price.

THERE ARE 2 MEN THAT I'VE NOTICE WORKING HERE . THIS REVIEW IS IN-REGARDS TO THE SHORT MAN WHO WAS MY TECHNICIAN THIS VISIT.
SO WHEN HE BEGIN TO FILE MY NAILS DOWN HE CONTINUOUSLY WAS NIBBING ON MY CUTICLES AND IT HURTED AND I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS HURTING MY HAND AND HE SAID I WAS A ''DRAMA QUEEN''
NEVER THE LESS I STAY VERY PROFESSIONAL EVEN AFTER HIS SMART REMARK
I ALWAYS GET MY NAILS STILETTO (POINTY) AND HE WAS TO BUSY RUSHING THROUGH MY NAIL THAT HE WAS FILLING MY NAILS CROCKED AND THEY WERE VERY UNEVEN
LITERALLY A WEEK LATER MY NAILS WAS COMING OFF I GOT LIKE A SOFT NUDE GEL COLOR AND IT WAS TURNING BLACK AROUND THE EDGES AND TIPS MY NAILS ALSO WAS CHIPPING
I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MY SERVICE
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO DO ANYONE'S NAILS

I got a manicure. I got star dot and pink gel color. My nail looked like galaxy. They were ten perfect nails. The owner tried to manage and organized for perfect salon. Moreover, they provided excellent services with reasonable price. Overall I love this salon!

Today was my first visit at Q Nails and I'll definitely be back! I live in the area and have been more or less unimpressed with the other nail salons I've visited near here. I have to say that this was hands-down the best pedicure I've ever had.
The man (manager?) at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly, as I was a walk-in. I was the only one in the salon (afternoon on a Tuesday). They have a menu and I selected the most basic pedicure for $22. The gentleman who did the "spa" portion of my service was gentle and quiet. He gave an excellent massage and spent a long time making sure to thoroughly take care of me in every step of the process. I was starting to think he had misheard me in my selection and was giving me the top-of-the-line menu selection (which I believe was less than $10 additional), he did such a great job.
I got French tips painted on for an additional $5. I have had some sad jobs done at other local salons, but I was very impressed here too. I'm not sure exactly why, but the receptionist/manager came over at this point and asked how I was and painted my nails. He was wearing a very crisp white shirt and looked very clean. He did a great job with the lines, all straight and clean and uniformly sized.
The atmosphere was relaxing, with background music and very nice paintings on the walls. All of the chairs, tables, and other furniture were in great condition and very comfortable. They seem to maintain and protect their salon very well. They use new liners in the spas for each pedicure.
Overall I'm extremely impressed with this place and I'm happy to have found a place that I can become a regular at. They provided excellent service for a very inexpensive and competitive price.
