I came here for convince. I'd rather eat a jeans jacket then come hear again. It took three people to give me a pedicure. Mind you, my feet are very low maintenance to begin with. My toe nail is crocked now and one of the staff is insanely disrespectful. When I respectfully addressed the lack quality of her work, she had a disgusting attitude and was going back and forth with me. I had to bring to her attention that I am not asking for a favor. I am paying for the service. It has been brought to my attention she has been working there for 10 years; I am assuming that is why she feels so comfortable with blatant lack of customer service. That was my first and last time going there.

I think these reviews don’t fairly represent this place. My daughter and I went in for mani/pedi’s on our vacation and had great service! They said 10 min wait and were right on time. The ladies were wonderful and did a great job.

I like that the staff is friendly, facility is clean and great selection of colors. $31 for mani pedi and I’m usually pretty happy. But for some reason some of the techs aren’t good at applying polish, and it’s been hit or miss. I hate the way the application looks uneven and bumpy around the cuticle, and have this issue maybe half the time I come here. (Attached picture is right after manicure). I enjoy the experience of getting my nails done, but wonder if I could do a better polish job on the mani myself. Maybe I should be more adamant about them fixing it while I’m there, but wish that their techs all had consistency in good polish application.

Horrible and pricey as soon as you walk in the technician after greeting you they tell you the price of what you are getting done which is fine but its comes across like if you aint got money to pay. For the products and services they offer they are two pricey i got a gel pedicure and powder gel manicure and i paid 90 which is ridiculous. The jobs are done rushed never again and they expect a tip do not go here
