I have gone to NM Nails for years but I have noticed it has went down hill. When I had my last pedicure the male who was doing my feet rushed through it and cut my skin til it bled. He seemed to be more worried about going out to smoke. Another lady did a full face wax and left spots of hair on my face, the eyebrow waxes are horrible as well. I’ve decided to go to another nail salon to receive better service.

First of all not the owner but the other Chinese lady that works there was commenting on my daughter's weight, in front of my daughter saying how she was too skinny and that she need to eat more, I told her no she's not and she continued to argue with me about my own daughters weight. Then I told them I just wanted my daughter's nails painted gold and what I thought was just a line in the middle of the nail and when I'm paying they told me it was a cat eye and charged me 33 dollars just to paint my daughter's nails, when I told them she didn't need a manicure, I left there livid. Then they talk about you in Chinese. And my daughter is already self conscious about her weight.

If you ask for VU he's the best! If it's not Vu then no can do. There is only the second star for VU. I was practically spit in the face by the girl another woman on here complained about for not leaving a big enough tip. I'm surprised they held on this long. The two women who own the shop never wanted to address me by name as I came often but they did have their favorites.

I would not recommend this nail salon at all. My salonist filed my nails so short and aggressively one started to bleed. He also cut and painted my nails very poorly as they were uneven, bumpy, and not painted completely. This is the second time I’ve received poor service from them.

I'm new to the area and was recommended NM Nails. Have been 3 previous times and had a good tips and gel manicure. Well today I went in and was told the tips had water under some of them and needed to be removed (2 had already fell off). I've had them removed before but NEVER pulled and cut off (they were soaked and removed other places). This was a lengthy process but did look nice when done. I thanked the lady for her time and patience and she just walked away. My fingernails are so sore, can hardly touch them. I will be changing salons!
