I have been going here for years and have tolerated the rude techs who treat customers like they are doing you a favor. The last two visits with two of the older techs were horrible. The first, would not speak to me (only spoke to co-workers in native language) and proceeded to clip my nails shorter without my permission. The second, was angry that I came back for repairs after 3 of my nails cracked at the bases only 3 days after having gel polish done. All of the techs turned to me and stared angrily and three more techs even came out of the back room to glare at me. I tried to nicely tell the tech that my nails were sanded too thinly and this was why they were cracking at the base, but the tech angrily argued, denying that was the case. These folks need a serious lesson in how to treat customers kindly and respectfully. They also need to listen to customers and not just do whatever they want!

The people are really nice there. I got my nail done for my graduation and they were beautiful.

This is the only nail salon I go to in VT because the ladies are always gentle on my nails, never cutting lines into my nail beds with the drill. I have sensitive nails because they're short and I have thin nail beds and hang nails. They pay attention to things like that and still do a great job!
