Best pedicure I have ever had and I feel like I have gone to almost every nail salon in Louisville. I got the cheaper pedicure and it was still above and beyond what I have received at other places. Very friendly staff and they did an outstanding job on my full set! 10/10 would recommend and I am going to continue coming back here!

I agree- very hit or miss... The prices varied for me at different times for the same mani. I had a lady sit there talking on the phone the whole time which was very rude, since I’m paying her to do my nails... not to talk on the phone the whole time. The other thing I really don’t like is that they talk in their language right in front of us. I was there one time where a lady came in through the door and the techs were talking to each other and laughing at her- it was pretty obvious. The lady next to me noticed as well and gave me a surprised look. You either have a good experience, or a horrible one.

Solid. Very relaxing experience. I can see where they could get busy. $28 for a pedicure that was worth it. Spent about an hour there

To me, this place is a hit or miss. I have had some good experiences in the past. I wait an hour gets to get in a chair and I just sat there with my feet getting pruney and that did bother me (I sat it the chair for 30 minutes +). When I was waiting, my water got very cold, and I tried to get someone’s attention to warm it up, but no one came. We finally getting my nails done, I felt very judged with the women making add faces at me and staring. One women even fell asleep she was waiting so long. It bothers me when they talk in their language because it makes me feel even more judged. While the lady was doing my nails, she cut me. I know it wasn’t on purpose, but I feel that they should be good enough to avoid cutting you. I arrived around 6:30, and what should have taken an hour toke two, leaving past 8:30. Although I enjoy how my nails turned out, I feel that, for as much as we pay, you should get a better experience.
