Ivy was wonderful! The pedicure soaking basins are individually lined to make cleanup easy, and pedicure supplies, such as the nail file and orange stick, come in individual sealed packets so nothing needs to be sterilized between guests. Loved the Zen pedicure!

Never coming here again!!! This was my first time coming here. All I wanted was a manicure. As the lady was trimming my cuticles she cut my thumb! I’m bleeding and bleeding. This place still made me pay $15 for the manicure!!! They didn’t even have a bandaid!!!

They only got 4 stars bc they didn't have nail dryers for natural nails.....only for gel products. Overall they were great, gentle, and neat. I would definitely be going back.

I paid $60 for a ombre full set never in my life have I . They couldn't tell me what they charged me for. I didn't have anything special I will not be going back

Horrible service! I made an appointment and the nail tech, Tom, was late by about 30 minutes, TWICE. First time, on a Saturday, he said he is never on time on the weekend. Okay, cool. I'll make weekday appointments only. On a Wednesday, he is 30 minutes again. When questioned, he said, "I told you, I am never on time." So, I said, "I can set my appointment at 4 and show up at 430 and be on time, right?" He says, "No, I can be late but you can not." Noticing my frustration, he said "What are you going to do? Do you have time to do the appointment or not? You can go, I don't care." I said, "Just take the nails off." He said, "If you are just going to take the nails off, someone else can do that." Very rude and inconsiderate of others time. IN ADDITION, I HAD 5 FUNGUS ON MY NAILS! Never again!
