20 STARS!! This place and their staff are AMAZING! She's talked with me through out the nail process to ensure flawless results. They do such an amazing job of making sure you're completely satisfied with the color/ design/ shape before you leave.

I went here for acrylics. the shape is super pretty and the color is beautiful. really good price for what i got. She was super nice and polite and made small talk with me she was also very nice to other costumers. Those ladies go to work!I feel my best the shift following my manicure, especially when my nail color get complimented.

Bobby can go right back to Vietnam 🇻🇳 I have NEVER been treated so rude & disrespectfully IN THE TRILLION TIMES I’ve had my nails done 💅🏼 I visited this shop for the first time a couple weeks prior for a pedicure & had a wonderful experience, but after today, I WILL NEVER BE BACK & = “BOB” go take some basic “good customer service skills” classes or acknowledge that you’re a dime a dozen and there is a Vietnamese nail shop on every corner of America. Your work was AVERAGE AT BEST and your rude demeanor made my lunch break & that $31 I spent the worst decision I’ve made since accidentally mixing bleach & ammonia. In a nutshell - you’re a jerk.

Not impressed. I was looking for a specific color and was on my own. Colors are limited and they didnt have it. Didn't like shape of nails. They acted like it was an imposition to have them filed again. Gel shellac turned out. And they did a nice simple piece of artwork on it. But I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the space, attitude of staff, or communication. Just didn't feel good about the process. This is just my opinion.

The wait time is horrible. I’ve waited over an hour to get my nails done. They always do an amazing job it’s just annoying having to wait so long. Scheduling appointments doesn’t help either. My appointment was for 6 and they didn’t do my nails til 7. There were 6 people who came in after me still waiting, and I feel horrible for them.
