The associates are always very friendly. There is a good selection of clothes for all styles and sizes. I hadn't shopped one of these stores in 20 years. I've been to this location 3 times since November of 2017. Only reason for minus one star rating is that there is just not enough help in the suit department as there should be.

I love JCPenney...the service is great, the products are of great quality, the stores are always clean and orderly and the prices are always reasonable. I have nothing but great experiences there and nothing but great things to say about this retailer. I cannot understand why their stock is in the cellar because, in my opinion they are the only store that understands consumers.

JC Penney's has been one of my favorite stores for years. I go especially when the big sales are on. The prices are pretty fair anyway, but you can get some great deals when the sale ads come out.
