My first experience at snatched and I will be back for sure. My stylist, Hannah, is extremely professional with text reminders to confirm and asking questions before appt to make sure my expectations were met. The best thing is my twists were complete in less time than predicted!!! Now that is priceless! They look awesome too! I’ll be back for sure :)

First let me start by saying that I normally don't do barbershops or salons much less reviews on them. I felt compelled to share my experience as a guy that is usually not comfortable talking about his issues. I happened to find this spot from a friend who knew about my issues with my head and thought that they could help.
Locating them was pretty easy and the place is located in a scenic part of Fort Worth. Anyone that knows about the Tapatio Cliffs of Phoenix, Az will understand what I mean. When I got there, they welcomed me in and offered me a seat. After looking over my scalp and facial hair and I was immediately asked questions about problems that I normally don't discuss with anyone. I felt like I was in a doctor's office because she was speaking to symptoms (bumps and patches in scalp) that I had noticed but most people did not know about.
Long story short, the consultation seemed to be on point , I got my scalp/beard cleansed (along with a massage that I think might be standard) and I left there with a better understanding of what I could do to clear up my hair on my scalp and beard.
Since my initial visit with them ( I have been back twice), my scalp and beard hair look much healthier along with the skin underneath (no more bumps). My sister even commented that my hair looked less greasy but still had moisture ( I don't know if that is a good thing but it sounded good to me) Like I said earlier, I don't regularly go to barbers and definitely have never been to a salon but I think I need to start....with this place.
