I try to get my nails done at Emma Nails whenever I'm in the neighborhood and have the time. Most of the nail technicians do a really great job, but there are one or two who could use some improvement. $20.50 is unbeatable for a mani/pedi though, the place is always clean and neat, and everyone is very friendly.
