You get what you pay for. If the guy does it, it's good. No one else. Bad polishing, bad shaping of the nails, and be prepared to try to get the nail polish off your purse that she got on it after moving it. The shaping is different lengths and shapes and I now have the ugliest toe nails I have ever seen. So disappointed. I posted pictures of my just completed pedicure. My pictures dont show up...? Thank you for the offer to fix it, but this has happened every time I get someone else other than the guy. He should give tutorials to the others. I wont be back though I appreciate the offer.

They didn't charge my service right away and I didn't know it... I paid all my bills 2 weeks later and didn't move any more money thinking I was in the clear and Kim's charged my service from two weeks back and overdrafted my account. That service no cost me 30 extra bucks. Make sure they're going to charge your card right away.

I absolutely love this place. I think they do an amazing job. Unfortunately for today's visit I felt like I irrelevant to them. I show up 8 min after they opened and I had to wait over an hour and a half. They charged my daughter 27$ for a kids manicure, which in their brochure said 10$. I felt like I was rushed either due to us waiting so long or because I wasn't there spending a lot of money. I just had an unpleasant time. Hopefully next time I will get better service and wont get over charged for my daughter's nails and mine.

Will not come to again. The lady kept cutting me and they completely did my nails wrong. They were way to short and the wrong shape. She wouldn’t let me get them longer because she was gonna charge me more I 100% do not recommend. DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS THRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had acrylic nails put on and they were fine. My friend had a manicure and pedicure. They didn't apply speed-set top coat to her natural nails and all of 20 them were ruined before we got home. Since we had a wedding to go to the next day we had to go buy all the supplies and do her nails over again.
