My experience there was okay. The price was decent. However, the lack of communication between staff and customer was rather not as friendly. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted pleasantly. It was more like,"what do you want? Okay. Sit down, your nail tech will do it for you." Just for my nails done a few days ago and probably wont go back.

Kevin is my nail technician and he always does a wonderful job. We talk and laugh a lot. The people at the nail salon I’m more than just nail technicians they are people too I should be treated with respect

I actually just left from there ab 10 minutes ago. As soon as I walked in I barely got a good greeting. I also specifically asked for a woman to fix my nails and she walked in with a attitude. I than signed in sat my stuff down when I went to go look for a color for my toes there was already someone sitting down where my stuff had already Been. The woman seem to not want to do my nails and I was highly upset never coming there again !!

Way overpriced for the quality of nail work and service here. I have gotten my nails done many places in Tulsa, this was by far the worst experience. The guy that did my nails was rude and tried to remove my shellac with an electric drill. You are not supposed to use that on natural nails. He also kept pulling at my fingers and kept telling me to stop looking at my hands because I was “moving to much.” I wasn’t moving a muscle. It was a bizarre experience, and definitely not relaxing. Beware, don’t come here.

Went in for a pedicure and I literally got a foot soak and a polish change!! I believe Mary was her name. She scrubbed my feet for about 10 seconds a piece. The manager comes over and sets a timer equivalent to $1 a minute as soon as you sit down. They are also very pushing at upselling; I swear she asked me about 3 times. Will not be returning! Do not recommend.
