This was by far the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have ever had. They charged my debit card then said it did not go through. They run it again and say the same thing. However I check my account and TWO $71 charges from Tee nails has come out of my bank. I show them and they still insist I have not paid. I tell them I will not give them my card a third time with 2 charges showing on my account. The lady the tells me there was a problem with THEIR machine and that they werent actually taking the money. The people continually yell at me that I have not paid. They say I need to leave collateral so I left my passport card. Huge mistake. I called my bank and they inform the charges did indeed post to my account. The next day the charges from them were still on my account. I show them my account activity and they refuse to give me back my passport card even though they charged me twice. I had to call the POLICE and report my passport stolen. After the police showed up is when they finally agreed to give me back my passport. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank and paying cash. Do NOT waste your time nor money. I understand they probably have had people walk out before without paying but they should treat people with some degree of respect especially if they are showing them proof.

Worst place to get eyelashes done. Never going again. Every time I shower the glue keeps going inside my eyes. They've put so much glue that it hurts every time I touch my eyes. Taking them off 4 days later.
