My girlfriend and I had a appointment. When we arrived- on time- they had just started on other clients.. So we had to wait.. 20 minutes passed, and 3 more clients- without appointments- strolled in wanting pedis and one full set.. And they immediately tended to them. I was disgusted with the poor service, so we left and got our nails done elsewhere. Highly disappointed..
