I go here regularly (about once every 4 months) and the ladies are friendly and professional. It's nice to see the same faces (more or less) when I show up. Have never had a bad experience, and so far get a decent cut. It's not an expensive, posh sort of place but you get what you pay for. This is what inexpensive salons are these days: corporate controlled, and you hope you find decent people working there who stay long enough for you to build a little rapport.

Lady there did not listen to what type of style of haircut I had wanted and she rushed. Horrible job!!! Wasted money there, now I have to cut it all off to have it look decent. Garbage!!!!!

My son went in for a haircut, Lorena was the stylist, we were not happy with the way it turned out so we asked if we can have it fixed the next day. She was very rude and defensive. When we arrived the next day she refused to work on my sons hair anymore. Shaila agreed to fix it, did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you Shaila.
