Requested appointment and asked if I could bring my own tools (new) as MD suggested. Natalie said no. I asked if they autoclave their tools. No answer. Then I got an email saying my appointment was cancelled. Poor communication. If they are cleaning tools as they should be this shouldn’t have been a problem to answer my questions.

I've been to 4 other salons to have my nails (mani & pedi) done over the last 2 years. I can't say I've ever been closed to wowed. I just had my nails done by Nikki Nails and I am wowed! They are my go to from now on. Fantastic job, clean, friendly!

My daughters fingernails were absolutely horrible. I have been to many nail salons and I am also licensed to do them. I understand that this is amid the COVID pandemic but this is inexcusable. Her nails weren't straight and she also had acrylic all over her fingers.

I've gone here a few times and always had a good experience. Everyone there is super nice and friendly! The shop is clean and welcoming and they always do a great job! Will always come here.
