phone number doesn't even work- no answer- just hangs up!? that's unheard of. You should check the number provided on google to the # you sent me now to see if they are the same. There was no way to leave a message nor anyone actually answering the line.

I cannot recommend this place. I could have done all that stuff at home in my shower and then go get a massage. Also the massage therapist used a heavy hand when dry brushing and left cuts on my leg. They gave me some of my money back after I sent them the pictures but they should have given me all of it back. I couldn't enjoy the massage at all because my legs were burning from being scraped.

Kelly was amazing for my facial today. She took the time to assess my skin and make suggestions for the facial. Some places nickel and dime you wanting to upcharge for every little thing, but Kelly even added in a complimentary upgrade because it was going to benefit my other treatments! I loved the products and my skin has an amazing glow. This place is obviously popular because as I was checking out, 2 customers were waiting in line to buy gift certificates. I will definitely be back!

Started our appointment 40mins late. Therapist was just ok, she didn't give great directions, not very focused, didn't use enough pressure when asked, i could barely even feel the reflexology. My friend and I got the same package yet received different treatment/experience. Also, no option to shower off after was given. For a top Austin spa, very dissatisfied. Go to Milk and Honey instead, they rocked, Paul was awesome!

They are listed in insurance directory. I emailed and called to make an appointment. Was responded to via text that the time listed on website are not available. ALL the times listed?I I suggested the next day’s availability and received no reply.
Received a text reply 2 days later that, although listed, they do not participate in the insurance directory. Still no offer to book appt. Explained via text that they forgot to have business removed. When asked why they just didn’t say “No” 2 days ago, explained via text that they’d just arrived back from San Francisco and are trying to catch up. Still no alternative to reserve massage therapy service. Just personal excuses via text after 2 days of ghosting🤷🏽♀️
