I was quoted one price when I asked for and showed a picture of what I wanted. Then was told a different price at the time service was completed. The explanation that was given as that he didn’t see the glitter that was in the picture. The glitter was clearly in the picture. They tried to charge an additional $20 for glitter. I will not be returning to this salon.

They pretended to not understand what I was requesting for my nails and my toes, they have horrible customer service, I came in with beautiful nails that needed to be filled and fixed, and left with some nails that look like a 15-year-old did them. Do not come to them if you are black because they don’t have respect and they will talk about you while you’re sitting there and then start rushing through your service when you tell them that they are not doing well

When I tell you...I love this place! Every time I go in, I come out feeling like the baddest bih walking!! I know for sure that whenever I walk in, with whatever idea or no idea at all, they will hit the nail on the head. From the vast array of colors and styles to the friendly technicians, Cali Nails keep me coming back. I'll be back in a couple of weeks for another full-set. 🤗🥰

I don’t know how to add a picture of these terrible nails.
I’ve come to this location before and really liked my nails. I guess my mistake was coming back. I dealt with attitudes and short responses when I asked for a design , my thoughts, you don’t have to like my idea ... just do your job . My nails look terrible . In the end I told them how I felt about the experience they gave me and showed him the nails and they had nothing to say . He knew my nails were messy . Their attitudes were disgusting a verrrry weird experience, I’m grossed out .
