Loved this place! Everyone is so friendly. I got a pedicure and added on a 10 minute foot massage which was just heavenly. I love this place. Just found my new regular salon! 😍❤💅

If I could give this salon a ZERO that would be a more fitting rating. I called and scheduled an appointment for two, a full set and pedicure for myself and a manicure for my mother. I showed up with my mother and my daughter and noticed a sign on the door stating that children who are loud would be asked to leave. Unfortanetly i do not have the luxury of just leaving my daughter with someone while I go get my nails done and the only person I leave her with was conveniently at this salon with me. My daughter is 3 years old and yes she will talk because that is all they do at this age but she was not running a muck nor was she screaming and making any obnoxious noises. The only person that seemed to be bothered by her was the older and bitter lady who is the receptionist of this horrible establishment. She told MY child to be quite rather than asking me to tell her too. Which I quickly called her out on and if my beautiful and wonderful child was not there it would have gone a completely other way. Anyway, I was approached by another customer who was concerned about how we were treated and she told me that she has actually been here before with her grandson and they have never been treated like that before. Hmmm well maybe it’s because this lovely lady was Caucasian and I am a Latina. Sorry to pull the race card BUT I’m just calling it what it is. Also i find it very ironic that the they offer services for children when they clearly can’t stand them in their establishment. I will NEVER step foot in this place again!

The light-colored nail polish turned brown after I had my nails painted in this place and they gave me a hard time about redoing it. First they told me they would not redo it and then said they would but were not able to find the time to schedule me. Incredible lack of customer service.

I have very mixed feelings about this place.
Complaints:
-The Receptionist is rude.
-The Manager is rude/money hungry and all of his employees seem scared of him.
- I've caught a nail infection once before and I've noticed the drills dont look very clean.
- Some of the techs are very aggressive in both attitude and work, I've been yelled at for moving when the tech literally kept burning me with the drill.
- Can be pricey.
- Not kid friendly.
Compliments:
- Very organized
- Very relaxing if you go at the right time.
- The pedis are great, I usually get the delux one for I believe its $36.
- My nails always last very long both in color and strength (I get acrylic).
- Most of the techs are very sweet with the exception of a few.
- If your dealing with the right people they make you feel very pampered and treat you like a valuable customer.
- They are quick if you have an appointment.

The ladies are very pleasant and thorough. My little ones love coming here for their children pedicures.
