HORRIBLE!!!!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! Total waste of your money and time .. everyone of my nails are a different shapes!! I’m beyond pissed! And the tech that was doing my nails told me to shut up and watch the tv to calm down! Would not recommend this place not one bit!!

I went in to get black acrilic tips on my nails and they charged me for gel and acrilic. For what I wanted I shouldn't have been charged $40. They did use a gel nail polish but I wasn't aware of it being gel til after my nails were done. All they said is it will last longer. Make sure you know exactly what they are doing. I was only wanting to spend $25 and spent $40.

NOT A HAPPY NAIL SALON.
This place is a hole in the wall, over all my experience was BAD.
I scheduled an appointment hours before hand and when I arrived at 2:55, 5 minutes early, I was expecting to wait maybe a few minutes.
BUT NO I waited and was told to come back even though I took time out of my day to come and give them my business...
After looking very irritated I was seated and they had my hands soaked in this AWFUL smelling ACETONE( something I never do at my usual salon), the smell making me gag and tear up...
THE LADY that did that, got up, and left my table!!! And started working on another ladies nails Who had arrived 15 minutes after I arrived, so I sat there very angry and on the verge of CRYING and walking out and this very disrespectful lady came up to me and started working on my nails, she, being so very rude and she called me out several times, embarrassing me for something she did wrong.
I asked her to fix my nails, because they didn’t look good at all, I told her they were lop sided and she said “no it’s not, I’m not done”.... YOU CANT JUST FIX A SIDE WAYS NAIL YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT ALL THE WAY OFF?
(which she never did).
She left powder ALL over my skin which was itrating my skin so I tried whipping it off and she yelled at me like I was messing her terrible work up.
They didn’t have me wash my hands and after working on this other customers nasty feet she came straight to me and started touching my hands !?!? EW!
There was a lot of weird vibes coming from this “salon” and the customer service was absolutely AWFUL.
I had my tips put on and they were CROCKED AND SIDEWAYS, clumpy and thick. My regular nail technician at my AMAZING nail salon, also in coppell, the next day looked at the horrid job they did and laughed because they were so bad. I’m picky but when I mean these were bad I mean BAD.
This place does not deserve business and should be shut down. This place was small and nasty.
ALSO something that was very bad, was the pain I endured while both women went back and forth workin on my nails. They were rushing and very rough with my fingers. I would highly recommend no one go here because you will regret it.
After two houss I had enough, got up and walked out.

The service was very nice and the work they done on my nails was great. It was relaxing and I will return often.
