I don't normally write reviews. However, lately I have become really tired of crappy service, and not getting what I pay for. I had not cut or colored my hair for 3 years. I was letting it grow out so I wanted to keep some of the length. She cut over 5 inches off my hair. I showed a picture of the color I wanted, but the color I got was NOT even close to the color in the picture. I also showed a picture of the cut I wanted. That turned out even worse. I am very disappointed with my experience! I have included the pictures I showed the stylist of the color and cut I requested as well as what I ended up with. If you click on my name then photos you can see them. I shouldn’t have paid for any of it, but I was ready to cry so I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could.
I got a call from the owner shortly after I posted this review. She was very nice and offered to do what she could to fix the color in my hair, but there is nothing she can do to fix the length that was cut off. While I do appreciate her quick response and offer to do whatever she could, at this point I just can't even think about letting someone else try anything with my hair.

Great place for a haircut and full service for women. Very reasonable prices.

Deveda was great! Listened to what I was looking for and cut my hair just the way we discussed. I couldn't be happier with my haircut!

I absolutely fell in LOVE with Lisa today at Serenity!!! She was able to get me in (on New Year's Eve) for a cut & highlights. She is super talented with a kick ass personality, and she made me feel like I was important to her. THAT is what makes a great hairstylist! I highly recommend this place...especially Lisa! 😉
