I received a manicure and pedicure with the gel nail polish for my birthday tomorrow. The girl did an excellent job but she filed a few of my nails a little too short on one hand. I was a little upset about that and had to stop her from ruining the remainder! As stated prior, it was an excellent job and the staff is thorough. They practice safety procedures for the pandemic.

Honestly, I enjoyed the lady that worked on my nails but this truly is the most un-sanitized place EVER. The only reason I didn’t leave is because the lady waited for me 5 minutes after closing time. There were flies EVERYWHERE in the pedicure area. The space is so crammed. 3 chairs and 3 working ladies. They are dirty and the thing I find the weirdest is the clothing some of the girls wear. I have nothing against women wearing what they want, but to be wearing see-through clothing in a professional environment? I understand being a flexible boss, but that is too much. I could literally see one of the girls undergarments through her outfit. Never ever coming back.

AVOID this place. The customer service is terrible. I went here once and as soon as I walked in I had to ask if "someone" worked here. Then I had to shout across the room to ask for a pedicure. It shouldn't be this difficult to ask for a service I'm paying for. There were flies everywhere throughout the place. Imagine sitting there with a swarm of flies and you're just trying to relax. None of the workers to seemed to care. I will never go back again.

I'm torn on this one. The nail care was excellent! However the one thing that ruined it for me was how one employee behaved. The pedicure tech was AWFUL!!! I TREATED MY daughter, myself and my husband (who had recently experienced three strokes) to a day of pampering. A very expensive one at that! Anyway this awful woman refused to do his pedicure after making him move twice from one station to the next. Which for him was extremely difficult. She sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes repeatedly and made in a painfully clear she didn't want to do the job.
