Don't get a pedicure because you might get the lady I had who wasn't paying attention and injured my toe. It's very important to have a technician who will take care when using sharp tools, even more, showing a little empathy and compensation for making the mistake. But I should not have expected them to understand good customer service when they don't even understand english. Stay away!

I came in for a pedicure. The gal was not someone I’ve ever seen there. She did an ok job. Didn’t really massage though. When she rung me up she asked if I wanted my receipt. I said no because I go here all the time and never had issues. Anyway I tipped her in cash and left. Later I checked my account to make sure the right amount was pending, it was. I look today. It cleared for $12 over!!! She wrote in a $12 tip ON TOP OF THE CASH TIP! WTH?? I tried calling and their voicemail box is full.

There's a little bit of a language barrier they're so cute they always nod yes and smile but so far I've always liked what I've ended up with. It's best to show a Pinterest picture.... they are so talented they can do anything

If you want bloody cuticles go here. They are so busy they rush with their sharpest tools! I was bleeding from four of my fingers!! All I got was a “sorry” then told “you can leave now” after she was finished rubbing alcohol into my cuts. Nail salons are supposed to be a relaxing experience not painful!! Awful awful staff. They need to go back to school and learn how to use their equipment!

Brought my grams in so we could have pedicures together! James did mine and Kathy did my grandmas. It was sooooo relaxing. I loved how clean and bright the salon is, they have plastic liners in the spa tubs, and they really took their time to help us feel pampered and spoiled. My grams just had heart surgery a few weeks ago, so they were extra careful and gentle. I also LOVE that if you are getting gel polish, they don’t charge extra to remove the old gel polish. I wish my place back home did that. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location when I come out to visit my grams.
