I am usually not a person that gets a manicure on a regular basis but I decided to treat myself one Friday. Steven was assigned to be my manicurist and this guy is excellent! He's knowledgeable, demonstrates excellent customer service and has done an excellent job on my nails; they're healthier than they have been in several years and now I'm hooked! I have become a regular customer. 👍

Horrible! They rush through everything, as if the place is mobbed and they have to take care of many customers...the place is always empty, now I understand why! Nail polish is not applied correctly, nails are not prepared correctly, and I had to ask to take off and re-do some of nails 3 times. After few hours the nail polish started peeling off (you can’t wash your hands to cleanse the chemicals they put on, so the polish doesn’t stick well). Technicians do NOT speak English, and they understand even less. I paid out of pity, but I will never be back. Very sad service

Charged me way more than it said for a wax of half arm. It was $15, and she made me pay $25! Also the lady didn't speak a drop of English which made it difficult to communicate with her.

My mom and I went there for our very first mani pedi in our lives. Unfortunately, I had a pretty alright experience and my deserving mom had a much less than. It seems the lady servicing her did not do as thorough a job as my lady, Lan, did. And my lady did a generally pretty decent job - she rushed through everything and though from afar my nails look great, the devil is in the details. I'm just sad my mother had to go back a second time to help the lady do a better job for all the bucks we paid and the tip she had given. I overpaid for the same service as my mom, but my lady did a better job thankfully. I acknowledge that fully. I don't understand why they rushed so much and also why the lady servicing my mom thought we didn't hear them gossiping in a foreign language about us. We are not stupid. In any case, our services were not horrible, so I'd give them three stars. I don't think we'll visit there again.

Worst experience ever. One of my nails broke on my way home from work so I stopped in to get it fixed. I needed a fill in anyway so I figured might as well get them done while I’m here. When I first walked in I tried to ask simple questions but none of them spoke any English and couldn’t understand me. Anyway I gave up and just asked them to fix my nail and a fill in. They take me around 6:10 and one lady starts fixing it then stops. She’s said I have to wait 20 mins because the other girl is going to do my nails, I guess only one person knows how to do acrylic? So 45 mins later someone finally comes to help me and she tells me it’s going to be almost $30. I was like fill in is $15 and she was like yea but we charge $5 to take the color off your nail plus the fill in plus new color plus fixing your broken one. I was like never mind can you just fix the broken one. She was so rough she made me bleed and got pissy with me when I would pull my hand away because it hurt. I had blue on all my other nails and she happened to have silver on her table and was like do you want me to paint it with this I was so fed up I was like no color just leave it then she shoved my hand out of her way and said you’re done then. I paid the money to fix my nail and walked out with a bloody finger. Terrible experience horrible service never going back. Stay away!
