I have been going to Nails By Lynn for about three years. This business has had a lot of turnover with both employees and owners. However(!!!), Ken is a nail technician who is the absolute best and has stuck it out through every tansition. He prefers to provide manicures, but will give pedi's upon request. He books up quite a bit in advance, so call for an appointment. Ken takes his time with you and is a true perfectionist. He gives the best strong pressure leg and foot massages, doesn't ever rush you out of his chair, consistently gives amazing service. If you want your nails done perfect every time, go to Ken.

This time while I was getting my nails refilled with powder I was hurt several times. They didn't mean too but I am in pain.

Last 6 times I’ve had different tech every time. Only 2 of them did a great job and no longer there. I like keeping the same person when they do a good job. I’m going to use my $20 credit then, try a new place.

I went here for the first time in a long time yesterday. I remember having great service a couple years back. I went in for a fill and a gentleman that does not work there but is a relative of a staff memeber ended up doing a fill on my nails. It seemed as if he did not know what exactly he was doing and my fill ended up coming out super bumpy and inconsistent. I went in today to get them fixed and the staff seemed very hesitant to fix the botched fill I paid $40 for the day before. They ended up fixing a selected 4 nails and were very eager to get me out the door. All in all it was all a very uncomfortable and nonprofessional experience from “pro nails” by Lynn.. I will not be returning.

I went with my grandma to get pedicures and me a set of acrylics. They were nice at first but when I told her I wanted a full set of acrylics she got very mad and started yelling in Vietnamese. She rushed on my nails and you can see my nail on the sides of the acrylics and 3 days later my blue nails are turning brown.
She coughed on my hand also and didn’t cover her mouth. While giving my grandma a regular mani they cut her skin and didn’t do anything about it.
