I'm not sure if I had Connie or Chloe because it was the same person for both services. I should have asked. At any rate though, even though I had to wait just a bit.....it was worth the wait. The young lady who did my pedicure and gel manicure did an awesome job! Everyone was friendly and the young lady in front kept apologizing because they were running behind and she would inform the people coming in that they were running behind instead of just letting them sit and wait without an explanation. She was awesome! I will definitely be back!

I have been to this salon 2 times and I will not be going back. The first time I came in, I had an appointment and still had to wait for more than an hour to be seen. The nails looked okay, but a little sloppy. I went back yesterday for a fill without an appointment. I waited for more than an hour again, and I understand that is how it is when you don’t have an appointment. The nails look good. I got an acrylic fill and regular polish, which I brought my own, and they charged me $35. Online, they list a fill as $21+. They charged me separately for the cut down and the polish removal. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I have never been charged this way. The cut down and polish removal are always included in the price of a fill.

I LOVE this place. As someone who gets their nails done frequently, it’s nice to actually enjoy your nail experience and not just have to get through it. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is so nice and friendly. The quality of the products they use are so much higher than others I have been to. They are great with time management so they aren’t rushing to get to the next person and I never have to wait more than a few minutes if I even have to. I mainly see Sunny and he is the absolute best. He has great technique and is so personable. I have also see Chole, she also has great technique and it’s a total riot. She is so fun. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I chose this salon because of all the pictures with amazing designs and clean lines. I walked in and asked for a gel manicure with a design (photo below) the lady I spoke with said they could do it no problem. That was not the case. Ended up having them take the design off and they then blamed me saying that my nails were too small, even though they said they would be able to do it in the beginning. Ended up walking out with a plain solid color on my nails, the exact opposite of what I wanted. If you want your nails to be designed like the picture below I do not recommend.

came in for a fill. Second time coming here and still not happy asked if I wanted a design. I said no. Proceeded to cut down my nails with out question. Did a SLOPPY fill job. Been getting my nails done for a long time and doesn’t even look like they’ve been filled. Never coming back. Called after the fact. Was asking for a refund because I’m honestly not happy. The owner told me they could fix it or take the nails off( nails they previously did not do ) I said no thanks I don’t trust this now I would just like my money back. On the phone she hung up on me three separate times. Saying she “didn’t have time for it”. I proceeded to go back in and I stood in the door for 6 min before anyone said anything to me. Then argued with me while doing a customers nails about how there is no refunds. Also said that I didn’t LISTEN to her when she was mumbling and said design not cutting down….. No refunds is NOT posted around the store or on website. $36.00 for a fill that looks like a child did it.
