For them to charge a little extra than our other local nail shops, and for the owners to have such a snobbish attitude towards their customers...AT LEAST invest in some better gel. There is absolutely nooo reason for my/our gel to be chipping off days later and god forbid you get gems or rhinestones, that’s a whole other subject. But when you tell them about their faulty job, they get offended and sometimes they still make YOU pay for THEIR mess up after they said it wasn’t their fault. Or they make you wait FOREVER before they get to you. The customer service sucks and so as their gel coating.

Best nail place around. I would give them 5 stars but my nail tech, Lily, is so popular theres always a long wait for her. She should start taking appointments since she has such a big following of customers. She does such a good job, I can go 3 weeks without a fill. All gel too, no acrylic!

Spencer and Lily ate the owners! They are awesome. It's usually packed so I go early and during the weekdays. Spencer does my nails!!!!! They look natural, nice, and last!💋

Very caring staff. Pays attention to detail when shaping your nail. Very affordable prices. The bonus was the leg massage. I'll be coming back.
