My first time here. My trusted nail Tech Bing/Mani moved over here a couple weeks ago from another salon in Powell. As usual, she did a fantastic job !

Dissapointing. I came for gel nails with my sister for her birthday, being a college student I wanted to use my limited budget on something special but was given disappointment instead. First off, the nail tech answered a 10 minute phone call in the middle of the session, just ride. The nail tech also clipped my cuticles too short to the point of bleeding. When cutting cuticles it is best to actually cut, like using a pair of siscors not to pull the skin away as the girl did. When I asked to wash my hands to clean my bleeding fingers she said no and that she’d “put stuff” on my fingers to stop bleeding. I tried to explain to her that my fingers were bleeding and hurt but she didn’t understand. I would not reccomend this salon.

I was looking for a salon to get a gel manicure, and I chose J&F because of it's reviews. I was not disappointed! Very friendly service, staff is very skilled and I love my nails!

Usually a great pedi, paint job can be hit or miss, but its local so we go quite often!
