Butchers. Nice lady manager but she nor the guy who did my friend and I know what they're doing. My friend's nail polish never set (dried) and she rubbed it off with a paper towel two hours after we left. The guy removed my gel toenail polish with a rotating file. My toenails are ruined now until they grow completely out. I questioned if this was the right way to do it (I'd only had it removed with acetone polish remover-soaked cotton balls wrapped in foil previously). Both of our cuticles are ragged (my mom's were bleeding in two spots). The woman asked me what shape I like and I said "like they are" (square) and she proceeded to round them completely. All of my ten nails needed re-filed because the edges are unbearably raggedy and after an hour and a half in the chair I still have hangnails and dry rough feet. Don't waste your time.

Totally discriminated against because I wasn't Asian. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time. They don't care.

Disappointed ...just after 3 days of getting a new full set, two nails popped right off. I was concerned that they appeared too thin. Not quality nail experience.

I literally had the hardest time choosing everything but everyone there was really patient with me and took the time to help me find what I wanted. The nail technician was really intricate with her designs. My sister got a snowflake and a snowman draw on her nails while I got some crystals and glitter glued on. She was also super fun to talk to and took his time on our nails to get them perfect.

Great place i love French Tips! They are neat, clean, and always look nice, but this place made them look amazing! 2 weeks later, and not even a polish chip! The quality is amazing! Found a new fav nail place, ill be here every 2 weeks, faithfully!
