Went for pedicure which took over 2 hours. During that time alcohol was put on my freshly shaved legs (i thought they were going to put on lotion). If that wasn't enough, they put acetone on the bottom of feet including the instep which has never had a callus. I put foot into water because it was burning. She then put alcohol on foot in an attempt to neutralize the acetone. A hole was burned into the instep and under big toe. Cuticle scissors were used 4 different times supposedly to remove cuticle, when she was actually removing pieces of skin from the toe. I will not ever set foot in this shop again.

Oh my god,, terrible job ever if you ever want to get your nails done I suggest you find somewhere else to go this place is so bad that I had a last-minute vacation and my girl who normally does my nails was out of town and I decided to go to A-Z nails I called up there before I got there they had just open and I said will you be able to work on me as soon as I get there she said definitely I’m not with anyone right now are you on your way ? I yes ma’am When i got there she’s working on somebody else which I understand but it took me two minutes to get there I told her I need to get a full set and color change on my toe and someone was late for work I sat there for four hours I paid over price never pay that amount to do my nails ever and my nails are definitely longer and more detailed anyways she left me to go to someone else’s nail who came in after me and she had the nerve to get an attitude and talk about me and I was very pissed off I went on vacation that same day after I left her nail salon while I’m on vacation My Nail Started to lose water start getting into it and I paid over $50 for nothing the same exact day my Nail started to lose so I suggest you learn from my mistake never again and the funny thing is when I asked her I need a discount because you kept leaving me she had an attitude I was in there for four hours who goes to a nail salon and sit there for four hours and you still my nails wasn’t good and left me to go do somebody else’s Nail because of what I have no care about where they came from or not I’m your customer treat me like you would treat exactly the same person understand if I’m crazy let me know 💯💯💯

I've been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and this is the worst nail salon I've ever been to in my life! It was my first and last time! It took a lady 2 hours to do a fill in on my nails and put gel on top. The work that she did was so sloppy, it looked like a kindergarten did it. I mentioned to the manager that my nails were uneven, not neat and not smooth. The manager and the lady that did my nails then began to argue back and forth and would not stop. I begged them to stop arguing and I was sorry for complaining. The manager started to fuss at the lady that did my nails because of the horrible job she did. Needless to say, I will never go back here, but if you would like to take your chances then go for it!

Idk who I need to call but they need to be shut down . 3 hours or more for a pedicure & fill in with gel . Nothing was right from start to finish . My friend was in the area so he chose this place . I would love my money back but however it was cash .
The older guy used the metal tool to get the dead skin from the heel . My feet are not rough , so he ended up cutting my heel . My foot is still in pain . Thanks so much . They need to get closed down ASAP. Please avoid this place
