I went here 2 weeks ago for an acrylic nail set. The nail tech I had did not spend any time cleaning up my cuticles or the skin around my nails. I had asked for a specific shape and showed photos for reference and after the tech finished doing the set and filing them, the nails were all different shapes and very uneven, not to mention not even close to what I asked for. After sitting under the dryer for 15 mins, I walked to my car and my nails smudged. I called 2 days later to get them fixed. They charged me to repaint them, which I find ridiculous when I spent over $80 just a few days before. After I got them fixed they looked much more even, but again, not the shape I had asked and once I got to my car they smudged again. Today I went elsewhere, come to find out, Villa Nails only does gel sets so telling me during my appointment that they do acrylics was untrue and explains the price that they charged me. In addition, the polish they used wasn't the right polish for what they did on me. The nail salon I went to this morning could not believe how poorly my nails looked just 1 week from getting them fixed. I will definitely not be returning

Villa is absolutely wonderful! I was so proud of them for taking COVID seriously, they have had every precaution during these difficult and serious times to keep all customers as safe as possible, they closed down for 2 weeks after one of their employees tested positive. They didn’t just close down the one location they closed down both to make sure everyone was safe! I can’t even imagine having to close down for two weeks after being closed already for 3 months!! I loved them before this and now I will never go anywhere else! I am forever a Villa Nails customer!

I had powders on when I came in and the girl I had litterally just ripped them off instead of properly taking them off .... I got a gel manicure and it just seemed like she was so in a rush to get me out of there, and now two of my nails are chipped two days after my manicure. I don’t think they were trying to be rude but it was just very unprofessional and rushed :(

Always clean, polite and quiet. Typical nail salon, not too personable, but well done and affordable.
