Worst experience. I got a flat tire and called the salon to tell them I was almost done w the repair and would come in 30 mins late. Wanted to get my hair done before I went out of town for a wedding. They quoted me $175 I said ok and gave my cc to them bc they requested it to save my spot. First mistake I made. Then said that bc they were booked they couldn’t take me at the time but could reschedule ONLY for the same day at a time I was about to travel. They said that if I couldn’t make it today they will be charging me for the full service. THEY CHARGED ME $320 doubled my quote bc the receptionist added a blowout which I didn’t ask for. I never even entered the salon ever this was supposed to be my first time. They said that bc I missed my appointment they had charged me FULL service. When I checked they quoted $175 and charged $320 for a service I did NOT get.

La Jolie is great. I highly recommend this place. I see Cori, who is a hair designer and stylist here, and she is wonderful. I love her work and she is an amazing person. She advised me to get Keratin treatment on my hair recently and it has been an awesome experience. She also recommended good products to use after and my hair feel so soft and they break less. She also colors my hair and she is so professional. Cori looks after my hair with a lot of care. Cori cares about her clients and it makes a big difference to how much I enjoy coming here. I also often get a manicure and pedicure with Saberee here and she is amazing too. She loves her work and is excellent at her job. I have been coming to La Jolie for over ten years now and I like them very much—professional and friendly.

I got my hair done there about 3 weeks ago and while I loved the way it came out and my hair stylist was very friendly and did an awesome job, I did not like the environment. Donna had a lot of attitude, eye rolling and she kicked trash at my hair stylist. She was very unprofessional. As much as I loved my hair I wouldn't return due to the childish behavior of Donna.

Donna Castaneda did the most beautiful highlights and took care of my roots. When I got home the hubs said "it is the best work ever"

This was my first time at the salon and I am just so pleased about this place!!! Upon entering, the girl at the front desk was so friendly and offered me a beverage while I waited for my stylist. Larissa did my hair cut and it was by far the best cut I've ever got. I have really thin hair and she was able to make it look full and healthy as ever. I even got complimented at the grocery store after! Absolutely loved this place!! Will definitely be back and sending all my friends here as well!!!
