My dog and I love this place. They take such good care of Lola, our Great Dane. They love on her all the time, and even show me pics of fun stuff she does during the day when I have to be at work. Maybe they’ll give us a special discount rate for a 5 day a week dog??

They take very good care of my cat. She seems to be doing well every time we leave her there for vacation. She's calm, like she is home, not nervous when we pick her up.

Employees are always so nice to me and our dog. We feel he is well taken care of at the Ark and will keep coming back.

Groups of 40 or more dogs are frequently left unattended during free play resulting in many injuries that require a vet and owners are responsible for the vet bills. Cleaning and sanitation are at a bare minimum resulting in many cases of kennel cough and parasite infections. Dogs are frequently wet resulting in skin rashes. Feeding instructions are frequently overlooked resulting in dogs that are fed incorrectly or not at all. Money is the most important thing to owners. Opening new locations takes priority over keeping current locations properly maintained. Very high turn over rate for employees because of poor management. Most of the crew work under the influence of drugs and managers frequently arrive to work drunk. Do not trust this facility with your pets.

My dog has went to this location multiple times since he was a puppy and I 100% think it made him better and less aggressive with other dogs in public. The staff loves him and remembers him when we come in. He is always initially nervous and they are always very gentle and sweet and cuddle him until he has eased up. I have even checked the cameras to see him being cuddled in the middle of the day!
He is also groomed here and seriously it is the BEST service I have received! He always smells so good and his cuts come out PERFECT. I love taking him there and never worry he is being neglected during his stay.
