I love Pro Nails. The owners and staff are always pleasant and willing to help! They have a TON of colors and can recreate any design you find on the internet... I've been going for years, Kim is my favorite!!! 😊

I use to come here all the time! It has changed significantly. I came to get a refill and pedicure and the customer service is HORRIBLE! Once I arrived no one wanted to really help. The husband of owner had to tell girl to do my pedicure she insisted she had an appt coming in 1 hr. And wanted to relax. She did my feet and did an awesome job and took 1 hr. As she texted her next client and kept telling me she won’t be having her client wait! Ummm I am a client as well. I wanted my nails done by a specific person an hr. Before closing and her response was go to her I’m tired I have been here since 9 am. I said to the manager your entire team seems to complain when they are getting paid to pamper people. I get my nails and toes done to feel relaxed and pampered not feel like I’m a burden to someone’s work schedule. I’m sorry but customer service is worth more than good quality. I traveled over 30 mins. to do my nails there and to receive that type of treatment is not acceptable. It was 6:10 and over half of the employees left for the day when shop is open till 7 leaving me and one sweet lady who was trying to get her commission. This visit was just a reminder why I stopped going. Not a place to enjoy and be pampered but a place that will take your money and give poor customer service with pretty polish selection. 😩

I went to Pro Nails with one of my friends to get a regular mani/pedi and she got a fill in. We went in on a Friday around 6pm, and it was packed! However, they were able to squeeze us in, even after we offered to come in the next day. I got my pedicure with Free WHO WAS GREAT. I would recommend her and her sister, Sky for any services at this establishment because they were amazing and cared about their job. Once I finished my pedicure, I went to get my manicure with another woman. My friend, got her nails done and told me that her manicurist was texting during most of her manicure and didn't even care on how she wanted her nails. While I was getting my manicure, the owner left, in which my manicurist and the manicurist my friend had began to converse on the other workers in the salon and how they are making more money than them. Of course, I was getting upset because instead of my manicurist focusing on doing my nails, she was too busy talking about the other workers. One of the other workers noticed I was getting upset and spoke in Spanish to the girl conversing to my manicurist (I speak Spanish) stating that I was getting annoyed because they were conversing. The girl then stated in English that she did not care. I honestly don't think it was worth $15 for a manicure, when the manicurist wasn't even paying attention to my nails, especially when I asked her to do them a certain way. I even called the owner to let her know what had happened and she stated "as long as your nails are beautiful, my workers can talk about whoever they want." Talk about a professional work place.

I have been going here off and on for over 2 years. I am a great tipper and in fact when my nail tech was having her baby last yr I gave her $100 on TOP of the tip for service. I have had to cancel a few times for family issues, caring for an elderly parent. I have called recently over 6 times for an appt and repeatedly told EVERY TECH IS BOOKED! I even said give me the next available and they hung up on me. Today I got an English speaking person who booked me a pedi tomorrow. I just got a phone call that she screwed up and NOBODY HAS TIME - forever! I laid into her this is outrageous and no way to treat a customer. I was always pleased with their work but this is very irresponsible management.
