I was treated very rudely by the receptionist today she has zero customer service skills. She is condescending and disrespectful. I had no problem with any other employees except her. It was my first and last time ever getting my nails done here.

This is specifically for BETH DANIELS.
Because I was happened to be at the spa that day and witnessed everything. Long overdue for me to say something since I felt bad for the salon to have the kind of customer like Mrs Beth.
I can say it short like this: after an hour of hard work trying to finish a pretty pedicure service for Mrs Beth; she did not pay for her service after all; and yet have a heart to come up here giving them harder time by making up story.
While I was too getting my nails done, what I am seeing was an old woman trying to give this young lady a very hard time, she acts like a queen and keep pulling her feet back, so dangerous while getting her cuticle trim and clean.... Well then, at the end of service I still heard Mrs Beth said the toe nails’ polish were pretty, her feet are clean...
Excuse me, but that what pedicure service results are about. They are not your counselor or social worker to help you with your life issue and required to be extra “lovely” with you...
Mrs Beth only made a very big deal while she tried to get some discount on service, and got declined, then proceed to play the game of not paying..... well the salon were so nice to not reporting her, whom getting service done and NOT PAYING.
Update: when I come back for my next service, I heard that Mrs Beth was even worse, continue to asking for refund of “her daughter’s service too”... Oh my goodness....
Bottom line is that you got service, you pay!!! Their specialty is making the nails look beautiful. If you feel like you are untouchable, and uncomfortable, sort it out yourself, don’t take it out on people unrelated to your problem.
What right is right; don’t take advantage of their jobs, as long as they perform and finish your nails beatifully.
I personally love the staffs and the place are decent, quiet and very clean.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. It took 2 hours for a gel manicure, when what I asked for was a Nexgen manicure. I was told they did not have anyone that did Nexgen, after they already started taking my nails off. During the removal process, the tech kept using her own finger nails to get the Nexgen off of my nails, instead of using a tool. My polish is not a solid color, it is streaked and looks terrible. It started chipping the day after I was at the spa. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.

the costumer service was horrible!! One of the ladies repeatedly told us to hurry up when choosing our shades when we had been looking for five minutes max. Also in the middle of doing my nails the lady left for a good 15 minutes. Over all the experience was really bad and I hope nobody goes and experiences that

Got a mani and a pedicure for Father's Day. NICE. Competitive pricing and competent staff. Not being insensitive, just wish they spoke more English. I like talking to people.
