A woman in the store had been there for over an hour because the worker had screwed up her nails twice, she said she wanted to leave and that she would not pay $45 for the pedicure as she had not even had her nails painted, she said she would pay $20 and when she handed the money to the manager, the manager ripped the money up and threw it in the trash in front of everyone. Upon this happening my mom switched her pedicure from a deluxe to a basic because she wanted to get out of there...when she did this the manager started yelling at her that no one works for free. Terrible customer service. DON’T GO HERE.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. The guy rushed me to find my color, didn't match my fingers up and got pissed when I asked him to make them look the same and threw his filer on the table and just stared at me with the most exaggerated look of annoyance. DO NOT GO HERE. He drilled my nails down so much that they all burned and jerked my hands around while ignoring my questions and requests. I'm now left with a giant blob of fallen acrylic on my thumb nail, nails that do not resemble eachother, and my pinky nail is almost pointing straight up toward the sky. And he still charged me 50$. I was literally shaking with anger and he didn't apologize one time. Awful man. He was laughing with his wife when I looked up and dropped the smile and gave me a dead stare as soon as I caught him. Don't give this guy your money.

Just left getting a gel manicure. I typically don't give a bad review if something happens as isolated incident but this is the second time I've gone to get a manicure and the young man doing nails was so rude and short. Rushing me to pick a color! I won't be back. Poor service. 1 star was generous.
