I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. We had an appointment at 9:30 in the morning for a cut and bath for our border collie and a bath for our small dog. We called at 1pm because we hadn’t heard anything and it never takes that long at our regular groomer (who was booked which is how we ended up here) and they said that it “takes time” and that our dogs weren’t ready. We were told later that we “rushed” her! My dogs were in kennels for almost four hours! We picked up just after 1:30pm. After getting our border collie home, we noticed they SHAVED his rear end and inner thighs! We were told this was due to “the way his hair lays down there” which is absurd. His hair is choppy and long in random places, a completely crude and unprofessional job. I also paid to have their nails ground, instead they clipped them all the way to the quick and left them jagged. My dogs go to the groomer regularly and it takes approximately two hours for both dogs, consistently. The service and lack of professionalism at this place is horrible. They also had both of my dogs in one medium/large kennel (one dog is almost 70lbs the other is almost 50lbs) instead of two separate kennels. When we picked up, they just opened the kennels and let them run with leashes attached after accepting payment. No conversation, no nothing. WORST experience.

I love how my furry children are cared for at Best Friends. This has been my spot for about 5 years and I won't take my babies to anyone else!
The owner is a very kind woman and her son who assists is awesome as well. Their customer service is top notch, they return phone calls promptly and my dogs have come to know and love their groomer. It just doesn't get any better than that!
I strongly encourage you to bring your furry children here for all your grooming needs!

I've been taking my dog here forever and she loves everyone there. The owner and workers are nice and take great care in what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
