I went in for a soak off, over-lay w/ no chip manicure & a pedicure because it's labor day and my usual salon is closed. Nail techs were friendly, but my manicure turned out horrible. My nails on my entire right hand is larger than my left hand. They look like press on nails you buy and apply yourself. Pedicure was very basic and okay. I will not be returning. 3 hours and $90 later, I am very displeased.

Love this place! I've literally gone to every nail salon in town. Most of them do average to great work. However, I have the same issues with all of them, except U & I Nails. Most places glob on tons of acrylic or gel. My nails look like they have mounds on them that are covered in nail polish. Not to mention that the layers of glob make it hard to give the tips any type of shape. This place made my nails perfect. I didn't have globs of acrylic on them. My nails were squared perfectly. He thinned out my nails underneath so that they wouldn't be so thick. Oh, and the smooth, glossy finish they had made them look even better!!
Add to this the fact that the prices were reasonable? Ya can't beat that. Quality for a good price. I don't see myself ever going anywhere else. I like that my nails look beautiful AND natural!!

When I made a reservation with U & I Nails recommended by a fellow customer, I was nervous that there would be a long wait time. When I arrived however, it seemed as if that did not matter. I was seen within 5 minutes, but never once did they look at a scheduling book. The place itself was a little messy on the floors but the tools all were clean. My technician was kind, and I am glad I went, although my nails do have some moderately thicker than normal acrylic globs on them, but to be fair, it happens. I anticipate these nails lasting moderately well. I will go again, assuming that they do!

Ask for Sabrina! She does a great job and the price is right. Most of my friends are going here and my first visit was at their suggestion. There might be a wait sometimes, but that is true with any nail salon.

Service is friendly, excellent work. Like Anna, I have also been to about every nail place in Champaign, and unlike all the rest, I have never had any issues with the quality of the nailpolish or of application at U of I nails. I go about twice a month for a no-chip manicure and eyebrow wax, and every time I have had a great experience.
