This salon is absolutely the best!
I was a regular pre-COVID and when we were able to return, I was apprehensive about going anywhere.
When I finally returned, I was so happy to see that the same fantastic people were there and they cared more about protecting their customers than cramming the place full.
Absolutely the best place in town or otherwise!

It was pretty good over all but not the best service and the nails could look a little bit better but other than that it was good

My daughter and I enjoyed amazing pedicures. It was by far the best pedi I’ve ever had. They spent a lot of time and were extremely clean and safe. We will be back!

Best nail salon around! I have been to several different nail salons around Birmingham but this one is by far the best. Super clean and the nail techs take their time and make sure your nails are perfect!

I read reviews on all the local nail salons while trying to choose where I wanted to take my daughter for us to get manicures 2 weeks ago and had narrowed it down to Love and another one nearby. I am so glad I chose Love. I got a gel manicure on my natural nails that day and went to have it removed today, but it could’ve lasted another week or longer. There wasn’t a single chip in the color (black) and the shiny top coat was mostly still in tact, just worn away at the tips from, well, using and washing my hands in everyday life.
Their health rating is a 100 and the place is immaculate. The staff is friendly, meticulous, and efficient. I am very impressed.
Pricing is very reasonable and they also have children’s pricing. My gel manicure was $36; Today I had it removed ($5) without damage to my natural nails. I asked to have my nails shaped up and painted ($12) and wasn’t pressured to turn it into a full manicure. I messed up one of the nails while under the drying fan and he (Tony) fixed it with the best attitude. My friend that was with me today had the $40 pedicure (they range from $35-60) and was extremely pleased with the entire experience— it was the best she has had.
At checkout, they break down your charges for you for clarity and give you a rewards card. Every 4th service is 10% off.
I’ve never been one to frequent nail salons, but I’ve been to several for special occasions and I also went to cosmetology school several years ago, so I am familiar with what to look for in a good salon. Because of my awesome experiences at Love, I’m going to have to build at least a nail painting into my budget each month. The experience and quality is unlike anything I’ve seen, and the people are genuinely kind.
