I was extremely dissatisfied with yes! Nails! The staff was beyond rude and the atmosphere was messy and dirty. I went in with the intention of getting a gel refill and after the man soaked my nails he took out a dirty tool that had obviously been previously used. The tool Did not come out of a clean package or even container. After I saw that I changed my mind and just decided to get him to remove the gel and cut down my nails. No paint! He did so then I asked how much and he consulted with his coworker and she told him $25. I would not pay 25 for getting nothing done. They lowered the price to $17 (5 for gel removal and 12 for manicure). The man didn’t even cut my cuticles. He just removed the gel and filed my nails. They still wanted to charge me for a full manicure. Then after I told the woman I would not be returning to her salon she replied with “good don’t come back”! Very rude and extremely dissatisfied with yes nails!

My wait was over an hour, for a 5 minute pedicure. Absolutley ridiculous. AND- it costs $20 for no hot towels. Literally just polish and warm water. I could’ve done that myself if I knew how bad they were.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been in my entire life. Charged me double just because I gave her a hard time because my nails looked HORRIBLE. The lady was incredibly rude and got into a huge argument with us. Have never had such a bad experience on any service I’ve ever gotten. I would give this place 0/5 stars if I could. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

Horrible! I walked in, and they told me to pick a color. There was a small collection of colors compared to other nail salons. However, I was able to find a color that I liked. My grandmother and I went together. They had 9 manicure stations, and we were the only ones there for a manicure. But, we were placed several seats apart from each other. The woman I had began buffing my nails, and picked away all of the dead skin in my cuticles. I didn’t think much of it until three of my fingers started hurting. I looked down, and saw them bleeding. Instead of finding an antibiotic or cotton ball, the manacurist thought that clear nail polish could seal the cuts. My fingers started burning and stayed that way for hours after. The nail polish itself wasn’t applied well either. There were bumps, areas that were barely painted, and polish on my skin. While I was getting my manicure, I noticed that the place was severely understaffed. There were only four women working and too many customers. Anytime a new customer walked in, they asked if they should return later. The owner would tell them to stay and that their wait would be about five minutes. Many of the people’s wait ended up being at least 20 minutes. All of the workers personal phones rang at one point. Instead of hanging up or explaining that they were at work, the women continued to do the pedicure/manicure with one hand while talking on the phone. One woman who had been waiting for half an hour said that she needed to leave in 20 minutes. So, the owner SCREAMED at another worker who was doing someone else’s pedicure and disrupted everyone. I advise you DO NOT go here, as there are much better quality nail salons in Ocean City where you can really relax and enjoy yourself.

Made an appointment, went in and the owner did my nails 30 minutes after my appointment was made for . She was very rough with me and my cuticles bled three times when she cut them back, like she was rushing around. Nails came out uneven, and I paid $45 for a gel acrylic set. It’s been 5 days and only my thumbnails have stayed on. They don’t even have cute color choices. My boyfriend got a video of me CRYING while she cut my nails because of how badly it hurt. Would NEVER recommend.
