I was scared to visit this establishment due to certain reviews I had read online but after seen my co-workers nail I said hey let me give it a shot and I could actually say I am beyond satisfied with my nails. Linda is a fantastic Nail Tech, she did exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. I would recommend her to anyone.

Love my nail tech, she is the best ! I went to a place down the street Vi Nails and after I left and paid $30 I went right to my nail tech. she saved my nails from hell!

I called ahead and made an appointment. They asked with who, I said I have never been here before so anyone is fine, I just want a mable design. They told me half way through shaping my nails that they had to switch my nail tech. I asked why and they said that my nail tech had an appointment. I reminded them that I had an appointment as week,and they said but you said with anyone. I don’t think unpractical that assume it would be the same person throughout the entire appointment. My new nail tech could not match the shape and could not complete the design. I have a zebra design instead of marble and they also charged me 10 for the design I did not want.
Horrible customer service, and awful work. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had.

Was a customer for over six years. Forgot my credit card and was treated like a criminal. Made me leave my phone and the owner embarrassed me in front of customers. Never went back. Does anyone understand what customer service means today?? Not at this nasty place!
