Everyone that works here is rude. Instead of hearing the complaints of the person being seen they are ignored. Also their billing department is very rude, demanding and if you have paid or filed bankruptcy they still demand you pay again. Unacceptable. I do not recommend seeing any doctors in this town. Go to Springfield.

Do not get a COVID test done at this location. I’ve been waiting for my test results for 12 days. Every time I call to check the status I’m told that particular nurse is not at their desk and they’ll call me back. I do this every day. They never call me back.

I have always had pleasant service from the reception staff however checking in needs to be revamped. I don't like announcing my date of birth when people are nearby. It's just one piece of info an identity thief can use. It may be the quickest way to find us in the computer but a photo ID with DOB would serve the same purpose and be more discrete. Also I don't like being asked why I am seeing my doctor. It is none of the receptionist's business why I am there. All she needs to know is that I am there to see my doctor, I have an appointment and I'm on time. If it's just a lab or X-ray I will tell them that up front. However any "specific" reason for seeking medical attention should be between me and my doctor not the entire reception staff, the person standing next to me checking in or the 4 people standing behind me within earshot. The doctors and staff have always been great but for the above stated reason I only rate at 4 stars.

Dr. Mills is a great, trustworthy dr. He always goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are safe. Great front desk. They are always so helpful and polite.
