Not clean! Using dirty tools for pedicure! I had to demand that they use brand new clean supplies and instruments. When I did that, they acted like I had asked for a million dollars. They should be inspected by the health department!
Also they don't have many options for nail color and their display of nail polish is very dirty. All of the bottles are dirty and grimy!
This place should be thoroughly evaluated by the health department!

Salon was way too hot, the tech took ages to do the fill in process, and was still extremely sloppy with the gel polish. I’m not happy and do not plan on returning.
I plan to file a complaint with the department of cosmetology because my finger is now infected. If you had an experience with dirty tools or anything of the sort I suggest you get online and file a complaint with them as well. This is completely unacceptable.

My daughter got her nails done there. They all came off within a week. The first one within 24 hours. She’s had them done before at different salon and they lasted weeks and had to be soaked off with acetone. She said she won’t be back.

Went here a week ago today. Since that day I have had a toe infection in my big toes from a pedi. I also kicked out in pain during my pedi from the man digging into the top of my toe where my cuticles would have been but he had already removed them. My toes hurt after the pedi but I didnt think much after til I got home. I wont ever go back here. I've had several pedicures in my life and I've never gotten a toe infection. So, that leads me to believe they must not clean their tools.

I recently got a pedicure and manicure. Now I have an infection in my toe bc they are not clean. Also 2 of the nails on my fingers we’re filed weird and look crooked now. It took almost 2 hours from start to finish bc they kept having to leave me to gather their kids, who by the way we’re playing with the pedicure tools which is probably why I now have the infection. I used to like this place but it’s definitely gone downhill. Don’t go here!
