I have had Kim do my nails for a very long time a d I give her 5 stars. She isnt there as much Fri I got my nails done sat 2 nails were badly chipped one peeking in end The is we said you were too rough on them. I told them I ALWAYS garden with the same gloves houng wasnt friendly and acted irritated
I gave him a tip and told him I was sorry if I was irritating Today 2 more nails chipped off
I called and told them I have a professional conference I have to attend the rest of the week
She told me I have to come in next week and pay for a whole new set and that they were nice to repair them yesterday she said it takes each girl awhile to get used to my nail bed Really?
One of the girls wouldn’t look at me or speak to me not even said thank you for a nice tip

WARNING!!!! I received the absolute worst service from this place! Tina the manager and my nail technician was beyond cold & rude. I will NEVER come back!!!! & will warn all friends & family!!! I went to Regal Nail Spa in the Riverton Walmart & received the best service and nails & pedicure I've ever received! Happy Design Nail Spa is a COMPLETE

Don't waste your time or money on this place!!!!!!They treat there returning
customers like pure dirt & the customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!! My friends also Love Hawaii Nails just off of 13400 s. as well! There's no reason to go back!!! Trust Me!!!

We got stuck in traffic and we were late for our appointment and they wouldn’t take us. I have a $50 gift certificate that I won’t be using because they were so rude. I will stick with Crystal Nails in Draper because they are always accommodating!

I have been to this nail spa many times. Some of the technicians are great and others are just okay. It is best if you make an appointment! I have had to wait a long time even when I have had an appointment so make sure you schedule plenty of time. My main issue is that the location isn't very clean. They seem to clean the equipment but the floors and restroom and waiting area are a bit grungy.
