I have only been to this shop once, I was warned by my aunt when we went in that they would try to nickel and dime you for “deluxe items” or extras and to just say no. The total for a basic mani NOT gel polish was close to $26 for one person which is ridiculous and it’s cheaper to get my nails done in the Twin Cities than rural Iowa! But I must say they shaped my nails beautifully, got rid of dead skin, and the nail polish hasn’t chipped yet and we’re 5 days out and that impressive for my nail type! Would I go here again if I was in the area and wasn’t on a budget, yes. Otherwise I’d go somewhere else and get a better deal and get it done faster we waited for FOREVER!

this place is pushy, unprofessional, and unsanitary. i went to get a regular manicure and they kept asking me if i wanted to get gel. if they are pushy to you just say no.

Unfortunately I'm going to tell you exactly why I hate this place. I went there to get a very simple pedi, just wanted a clear coat of paint, I had places to be, things to do. So I get sat down mention wanting a eyebrow wax but that I would come back in on Monday to get it. Ohhhhhhh no. I mentioned a wax and they would not shut up, urging me to do more, a Mani as well. At first I declined and deflected. They kept persisting and I said, "Listen, stop pressuring me." "Oh no no we're not pressuring you." Okay so why am I here debating with you people? Then as I previously stated, I only said clear coat. I originally picked a very light pink but switched to clear coat right away. I looked down and he was putting a clear coat on so I looked at my phone, after I thought "huh this is taking too long" I looked down and they are pink and SHELLAC. I DID NOT ASK FOR SHELLAC AND HAD TO PAY EXTRA BECAUSE "it's so pretty, it lasts longer." I don't care, I didn't ask for this. And can I just mention once again, that throughout the ordeal I'm being pressured from three different people for extra services. This is the nail polish AFTER I CLEANED MY TOES UP AFTER THE SALON. Just don't go here. It's trash, the prices are trash. I literally had to promise them I would come back all the way up until I was pushing the door open to leave, just so they would shut up. Not to mention my toes look horrible.

they are very expensive i went there thinking it will be lesser but i ended up paying 200 something dollars for my nails and my daughter nails which that's ridiculous i will never go there again........but they did a good job but they were choosing what i didn't wanted it so literally very disappointed
