I went in on a Saturday so it was extremely busy. That is expected. No fault there. The lady at the front was very organized, calm, & polite. She sat me at the table to be serviced by a woman named Nina. This is where things go extremely WRONG! Nina was very rude. It was disgusting. I was actually in shock at the way she was acting. Like...ok, you’re busy. I get that. But she sat in front of me (mind you i ONLY needed ONE nail repaired. My service would take ten minutes... max) she told me to find the color. I told her she would need to bring the gel colors over for me to do that. She shouted at me & asked who did them the last time. I told her Hannah. She shouted at Hannah and made Hannah get up to find it. Hannah brought it over & Nina aggressively told me to move to the next seat so that she can start on someone else. To make a long story short, Nina continued to shout about her frustrations because they were busy. I was moved to another nail tech who literally took care of me in ten minutes. The place is fine. I would recommend Hannah but Nina needs some customer service training.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here! This place is all about quantity instead of quality customer service! The nail tech Amanda rushed through my nail service, which resulted in a sloppy mess! I also didn’t receive the massage that I paid for that were included in the price! I will definitely not be returning to this location! Women & men, take your money else where!

Horrible quality. Do not waste your time or money. They rush through and do not pay attention to detail. However, the staff is very friendly and the facility is very well kept.

Their services are superb! The ladies are very nice and helpful! The girl that did my nails this last time wasn't too friendly but, she got the job done.

I go to Nail Spa because of the convenient location. I only go to Donna for my nails, she is the best hands down. She gives me exactly what I am looking for and even creates custom one of a kind colors!! She does great work and rarely do I have to get a nail repaired in between appointments. I highly recommend her!!
