Today I visited here for the first time and my experience was awesome. My nail tech Zoey was great and she was super sweet. I will say the only complaint I have is she didnt clean up leftover polish from around my fingers or up under the acrylic.The guy sitting at the from was just as nice as well.

I mean it was decent... The employees were very nice, just incredibly slow. I just needed my gel removed and the girl did.. okay. She began without even putting on her mask and of course coughed all over my fingers from the dust. She used the electric file, which I’ve never had done on my gel before, as well as a regular file and a buffer. My nails look rough. There are dents from the electric file and spots ranging from pale white to pink in my actual nail. There is also still gel left in the corners of 2 fingers. 3 stars only for convenience and nice employees, as I don’t live here and prefer a place closer to home.

We got a basic pedicure, which was $25 each. Every customer getting a pedicure today said the water was too cold. The $25 pedicure included cuticle removal, nail shape up, sea salt scrub, cuticle oil, and lotion. The slimmer "woman" (no offense, not sure what gender they identify as because initially we initially thought they were men) was very gentle and sweet. Made sure I was comfortable and handled me with care. However, the thicker "woman" was very rough with my mom. She asked us if we were sure we didn't want the deluxe package, as if our feet were beyond help for the basic package pedicure lol. She was very funny , just really rough. She basically threw my moms foot back into the water, causing it to splash up in her own face lol. I thought the pedicure was a bit pricy especially since we only got base coat and polish, but they really did take care of us.

Customers Services is awful and quality as well since Monica sold her business please save your money and time and go somewhere else.

DON'T MIND THE RUDE POST ABOUT TAMMIE THE NEW OWNER OF MONICA NAIL I LOVE THIS SHOP... IM NEW FROM ATLANTA AND YES I DID MEET MONICA AND HER WORKERS BUT TO ME I DIDN'T LIKE THEIR WORK AS MUCH AS TAMMIE AND HER CREW.. THEIR VERY NICE AND DO EXTRA REALLY GOES OUT HER WAY TO PLEASE... MONICA WAS JUST CHEAP AND CATER TO SPECIAL PEOPLE... CHANGE IS GOOD THE WORLD IS CONSTANTLY EVOLVING BE A PART AND TRY OUT THE NEW SHOP I PROMISE U WILL LOVE THEM PROMISE
