I went in for a pedicure and was told 10 mins. A young lady came in AFTER me for eyebrows. So when it was my turn, they took her ahead of me to do her eyebrows and that was fine. But when her eyebrows were finished, they came to me and said that she was also getting her nails done so they were going to take her ahead of me. I asked, “Why?? I was here first.” And the reply was, “Because she has a baby.” I was very upset by this because the little girl was not a baby. She was 4 or 5. She was also very calm and not misbehaving. I have 2 kids at home too, and I had to find childcare for mine. Not to mention, I was under a time restriction and had somewhere that I needed to be. I have let people ahead of me many times at the nails salon, but this was not really a good excuse for me. We all have reasons why we need to get in and get out. Every customer should be treated the same. With the exception of appointments, no one should be bumped ahead of someone else without good reason. Then when she saw that I was upset, she didn’t even care and let me walk out. And said to the girl sitting next to her, “She’s mad.” I will never try this place again and certainly would never recommend anyone go there.

They definitely use MMA glue that's used for dentures and other things instead of EMA glue for attaching the acrylics. It was so gooey, so sticky, and just hard to get rid of the glue when I tried to remove it. I didn't have those problems when I took my acrylics off when I went to another nail salon to get a full set of acrylics.
Also, they cut too deep on my cuticles area and it hurt so much. Felt a burning sensation on the area for a couple of days and the bottom of the nails were not even properly cleaned. The woman who did my nails basically just rushed it (mind you, I had an appointment. i was not a walk-in customer). The bottom part of my nails were just crusty and dusty even after washing my hands with water.
Althought the nail salon in general is neat and organized, I'm never going back again because of how poorly they did my nails.

Absolutely my go to nail salon for almost a year now. Super clean and quality work EVERY time. Tiffany is AMAZING and all the staff are kind and courteous. I moved out of the area and still come here because I love it. Highly recommend!
