Love this place, been going there for 17 yrs. Always clean, manicurist are professional and meticulous about the service they provide. My gel Polish lasted 4 weeks.

I made an appointment to come in at 12 I called hours in advance to ensure I gave them enough time to ensure my brother in law and I could be seen as we are on a tight schedule... I walked in and was told to wait 39 minutes( what’s the point of an appointment ?) waited 20 minutes and no one even came over to me... I ended up leaving and will NEVER come back to this place

Just walked into the place workers saw me, didn't acknowledge me, stood a while longer and the turned around and walked out. Very disappointed as this was my usually place to go. Won't.Be.Coming.Back!

Staff is very friendly, and helpful. I've been going since they opened and never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They do a great job with Mani/Pedi's and with Eyebrow waxing. Very clean equipment, and massage chairs work wonderfully. I highly recommend New Babi 2 Nails.
