When I walked in for my 4 o’clock appointment I was greeted by my stylist and directed to sit down in a chair. Moments after my stylist put the apron on me an older man walked in and was offered service before me. That didn’t upset me too much for I had no where to be but what did upset me was my haircut. I don’t know if it was the English to Spanish barrier gap but my stylist almost did the exact opposite of what I asked her to do. She had already cut it so I had to get my haircut a bit differently today. Not too upset but expected more for such good reviews. I am choosing to give them a 2 instead of a 1 out of the goodness of my heart. Would not reccomend. Go jags

I will never go to another salon! Kattie and her staff are kind, bubbly and really love what they do. Their passion and heart for their craft is evident. I HIGHLY recommend KISS Beauty Salon. Everytime I go, I am never disappointed. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! YOU WONT REGRET IT.

This is the best place on earth every stylist here is knowledgeable, kind, and attentive I won’t do my hair any where else I have been coming here for over two years and I can’t imagine what I will do if this place ever closed I 100 percent recommend this place to every one of my friends and family members a little gem in the middle of westchester

Very mediocre, bad service.
My friend and I had an appointment, my friend was placed in the seat for a haircut, and then an older man walked in who was then escorted ahead of us. We then waited at least an half a hour only to be disrespected and a very ok haircut.
You can take that story as they respect their elders, or they do no value each customer. Will not be going back.

This salon is time and time again exceeding my expectations. Katie and her staff are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile so you come out with what you wanted and more. Will always recommend 😊
